Sunday, March 12 5-7pm Alongside the pizza dough makers from Neon Tiger, students will learn how to make the perfect dough & form it into a pie. We'll top it with plant-based sauce, your favorite plant-based toppings & bake it. Then we eat! You'll take a dough ball home along with a sauce for a make at home pizza kit too! |
Nikko CagalananFilipino Food
Sunday, March 26 5-7pm Cook & learn from the Food Network's Chopped Champion! We'll be making traditional Filipino food, but plant-based. Chef Nikko was born and raised in the Philippines. After immigrating to the states in 2011 and working as a nurse, Cagalanan found himself inspired to pursue cooking with the desire to share his passion for Filipino food. |

Saturday, April 8 6-8pm Learn the basic principles of Indian cooking, an understanding of Indian spices & create simple, easy to duplicate plant-based dishes. Shoba Kousik is a certified chef and yogi. Cooking is her passion. "When she cooks, she celebrates the aromas and spice of life". |
