ADULT VOLUNTEERS
DELIVERY ANGEL
WHO?
Caring adults who feel connected to our Mission and are willing to be the "face of AMOR" to our clients.
Deliver meal bags to AMOR clients in a safe & timely manner, picking up from our kitchen in West Ashely.
WHAT?
WHEN?
A commitment of once every week (Fridays) for a minimum of 3 months or as a SUB filling-in when we are in need.
Deliveries go out between 10am-1pm.

KITCHEN MENTOR
Adults who have a love for food, a positive attitude, an interest in plant-based cooking and nutrition, basic culinary experience and a desire to work with youth
WHO?
Assist the Culinary Director and fellow volunteers in preparing meals for our clients and our Grab & Grow program.
Cultivate leadership skills in the youth and empowering teens in the kitchen.

A minimum commitment of every other week for 5 months
Spring & Fall Shifts: Tuesday 4pm-6:30pm OR Wednesdays 4pm-6:30pm.
Summer Shifts: TBD
PREP/COOK/PACK

Caring adults who feel connected to our Mission and enjoy chopping, cooking & learning new culinary skills
WHAT?
Prep: preparing for the cooking shifts
Cook: making the meals
Pack: packaging and storing meals for delivery
Prep: Tuesdays 12-3pm
Cook: Thursdays 9-11am
Pack: Thursdays 12-3pm
WHEN?
Caring & organized adult who feels connected to our Mission
DELIVERY ANGEL HELPER
Helping Delivery Angels gather their bags & flowers, carrying to the car & answering any questions they may have.
Friday mornings 10-12pm at our kitchen in West Ashley
