Operations Manager Position (FT)

Position Summary

The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in the day-to-day functioning of AMOR Healing Kitchen. This position oversees and executes all key administrative, financial, and operational activities to ensure the organization runs efficiently and effectively. The Operations Manager works closely with the leadership team to develop strategies, implement systems, and support program and team success—helping advance our mission and maximize community impact.

Position Summary

The Program Coordinator plays a central role in supporting and growing AMOR Healing Kitchen’s core meal delivery program and related initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of volunteer and client engagement, ensuring seamless day-to-day program operations, and enhancing the experience of all participants through compassionate communication, structured processes, and ongoing improvements.
